The unique design of our Garden Annexes is an innovative combination of two distinct disciplines, that brings the best of both worlds to the owner of every annexe
A) Garden Annexes are built to BS3632:2005 and are suitable for full time residential use but can also be described as park homes. All ranges in the Garden Annexes portfolio are fully transportable in one piece, although they may delivered and assembled on site. This means that a Garden Annexe rarely requires planning permission.
B) Garden Annexes are robustly constructed from high quality construction grade materials with 222mm thick walls, 100mm insulation throughout, 400mm centre joists, with each component precision engineered by CNC which ensures your annex is solid, chunky, long lasting and feels just like any other room in your house.
