Installation in a just a few days

Your Garden Annexe is installed in just a few days by our own in-house team of professional Installation Technicians.

All annexe components are delivered by truck in the morning of Day 1. Offloading from the truck (via hoist) is overseen and managed by our team.

The superstructure of heavy-duty floor, mid-section and roof frame is assembled from CNC engineered components with full pre-cut insulation positioned into every void.

Each component is precision cut Glulam (also known as CLT) in our factory and is then meticulously assembled on site.

After the roofing, lining, cable pulling, flooring, light fixing, bathroom and kitchen fitting in Week 1, the second team arrives to connect the wet and the electrical services, whilst the Decorator completes the installation process prior to handover to you, at the end of the second week.

The whole process is completed quietly, diligently and professionally meaning there’s minimal disruption to you.
