The Personalisation Process

Your Garden Annexe is as individual as you are.

Every Garden Annexe is designed individually for the customer, and whilst we use the advantages of our manufacturing template for robustness and longevity, each annexe is fully personalised.

During the Site Survey, and also the consultation process afterwards, we ensure your annexe matches your requirements including:

• Aesthetics - your annexe will look as you wish in terms of style and finish

• Colours - you chose from a dozen exterior colour colours and eight interior “feature” colours

• Size - you select one from 16 different sizes, there’s always one to suit every requirement

• Layout - your annexe is laid out to suit you

• Configuration - Sizes and locations of windows and doors are entirely your choice (whilst we’ll always offer our impartial advice)

• Electrical - sockets, switches and designer slimline radiators are located in your optimal locations

• Kitchen - you chose from one of many kitchens factory-made by us, or a third party kitchen if you wish. Positioned in your ideal location

• Bathroom - sized, configured and located to suit you within your new home
