What to expect from your Site Survey

A Site Survey provides the opportunity to discuss your requirements in detail so that we can recommend an annexe that will exactly match your needs.

In the 60-90 minutes we:

Cover every aspect of your requirements, understanding:

• the user of the annexe

• the existing garden space

• the day-to-day use of annexe including any hobbies or pass times

• your ideal layouts and your exterior aesthetic preferences

We then suggest and recommend

• the best ergonomics of the annexe in relation to user and the garden space

• optimal interior “flow” of the annexe for the user

• preferred window and door locations and sizes

• recommended bathroom and kitchen locations to match your requirements

• open plan options / bedroom layouts

We will also assess your site:

• for all four service connections

• route for the service trench

• for proper concrete foundations

• for delivery and installation access

Whilst still with you, on completion of the recommendation process, we will complete a formal fixed price quotation.

The full Quotation Pack is sent to you shortly after your Site Survey and includes:

• Detailed confirmation of your specification and recommended configuration

• Detailed confirmation of your price, itemised line by line

• A visual mock up of your specificied layout

• A visual mock up of your chosen annexe exterior

• Full Dimensions

• Recommended timescales

We also promise that, if we can’t accomodate your requirements, we will make recommendations to other companies that might be able to help.
