We specialise in the design, manufacture & installation of beautiful annexes.
Hello ! We are GX Modular Ltd, and our brand names are Garden Annexes, Annexxa, XB Annexe, St George Annexes and Ivyo.
We’re a “right-sized” company (not too big, not too small), that specialises in the creation of granny annexes. We complete every part of each project with our own teams.
