This exciting role offers you the opportunity to join a small team of professionals with a complete focus on customer satisfaction. Your varied role includes day-to-day enquiry management and administration, managing regular contact with clients through their ownership process and assisting with Aftercare. You'll also be involved with planning, production and logistics.

GX Modular is the leading manufacturer and installer of Garden Annexes in the UK. We are a small team of dedicated professionals and as we expand our business we seek a Customer Service Assistant to join the office at our unit in Rougham, near Bury St Edmunds.

Applicants should demonstrate a practical aptitude and experience with Customer Service; face-to-face, online and by phone. You'll have a professional demeanour and friendly outlook. We'll provide practical, in-depth and professional training but experience with Hubspot CRM and Quickbooks will be an advantage.

The correct candidate will demonstrate suitable Customer Service experience and have an eye for detail when communicating by email.
