Taking ownership of your annexe
There are just four payment points when purchasing your Garden Annexe
There’s NO deposit payable when ordering a Garden Annexe
1. Planning Fee: due when you place your Order
We simply require payment of your planning fee (typically £1800 for our LDC Service) on your instruction to proceed with the project. We take no deposit - and you only pay when we start on site. We recommend the first payment is made by credit or debit card
2. 45% of the Total: due when we commence the Site Pack (groundworks)
Your first main payment is only due on the day we commence your groundworks. By bank transfer, please.
3. 45% of the Total: due when we commence Installation of your annexe
Your second main payment is due one the day we deliver your annexe. Payment by bank transfer, please We don’t require any stage payments or pre-manufacture payments.
4. Final Balance: due on Handover
Your final balance, typically the final 10% less your planning fee already paid, is due on completion of your project - once we have completed every aspect of your annexe project to our (and importantly YOUR) satisfaction.
We remain on hand to provide good service and to attend to any warranty issues or snags.
