As Technical Administrator at GX Modular, you'll be joining a small, dynamic, technical team managing the design, manufacture and installation of the UK's favourite ranges of garden annexes. We produce approximately one new annexe home every week.

Your varied role includes procurement of components and materials for our manufacturing plant and installation teams, along with client-focussed administration ensuring complete customer satisfaction in aspects of Aftercare.

You'll demonstrate excellent attention to detail, faultless customer service as well as a thorough and systematic approach to all administrative matters.

You'll also be involved with planning, production and logistics.

GX Modular is the leading manufacturer and installer of Garden Annexes in the UK. We are a small team of dedicated professionals and we now seek a Technical Administrator to join our office at our unit in Rougham, near Bury St Edmunds.

Applicants should demonstrate a practical aptitude and experience with process-led systems, experienced in client liaison face-to-face, online and by phone.

You'll have a professional demeanour and friendly outlook. We'll provide practical, in-depth and professional training but experience with HubSpot CRM and QuickBooks will be an advantage.

The correct candidate will demonstrate suitable administrative experience and have an eye for detail when communicating by email.

Responsibilities

• Day to day procurement from multiple suppliers across all disciplines

• Provide exceptional customer service by accommodating client requirements in all aspects of Aftercare.

• Administer multiple elements of production and installation via Works Orders in a systematic and prioritised manner.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
